Newborn

Your newborn session is captured in your home on a weekday morning at 10am. Sessions are a mix of documentary style and gently guided posing/prompts and are typically scheduled 2-4 weeks after birth, but there is definitely some flexibility if you need more time. The session includes the baby, birth parent, partner, and any siblings or pets in the home.

Sessions typically run anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours, which allows plenty of time for diaper changes, feedings, and calming baby.

I do not shoot with props, but I will bring extra blankets and I have a few spare outfits. However, the goal is to have the baby wear items that are meaningful to you. Simple, neutral, and comfortable are best when it comes to dressing the baby, yourself, and the rest of your family. Once the date of the session is scheduled, I will send a preparation email that explains styling and other considerations for your home in more detail.

My goal is to capture the love, connection, and emotion of those first days home with your new family. You can rock the baby to sleep and simply love on them.  Your baby will be in your arms 90% of the session. Your home does not need to be reorganized and cleaned for me, nor does it need to be large. I have done many sessions in one bedroom apartments, as well as large, expansive homes. One is not better than the other – what matters most is capturing this moment in time, at this place you call home, with a new baby.

Once you book, I will send a preparation email to help with styling and other considerations for a successful session.

Investment: $575 plus PA sales tax ($150 deposit due at time of booking)

• a minimum of 50 personally hand-edited high-resolution images to be delivered in an online gallery for viewing and downloading (2-3 weeks after the session takes place)
• a personalized gift of textured square prints designed and packaged by me

Maternity

Maternity sessions are typically scheduled in the 7th-8th month of pregnancy and are done outdoors at sunset on a weeknight (Monday through Thursday). I have a variety of locations to choose from. Please keep in mind that some popular locations are considered private property, and an additional permit fee may apply. I also use many public locations that do not require a permit. We can discuss this together to come up with a location and plan that suits your vision. Once you book, I will send a preparation email to help with both maternity styling and other considerations.

Investment:

Full Maternity/Newborn Bundle: $950 plus PA Sales tax ($250 deposit due at time of booking)

Full Maternity Session (without newborn session): $450 plus PA sales tax (minimum of 35 personally hand-edited images, approximately 60 minutes in length); a $150 deposit is due at time of booking
